SECURITY GUARDS AND SECURITIES TRAINING

Special Training Center of Limited Liability Company “Antares-2000” provides vocational training under the programs of individual training and advanced training course for security personnel of state and non-state security companies in accordance with the State Standard for Vocational Education (SSVE 5169-OK, 74, 60-2011), which approved by the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, and by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine.
New “Licensing conditions for the implementation of economic activities for the provision of services related to the protection of state and other property, provision of services for the protection of citizens” came into legal force on December 19, 2010. This legislative act stipulates strict requirements for the organization of the protection of objects by non-state security companies, new qualification characteristics of the security personnel of these companies and a clear gradation of protected objects by categories of importance (“A”, “B” and “C” categories). Thus, clauses 3.2, 3.4 determine that the security guards of the company shall meet the qualification requirements determined by the order No. 336 dated December 29, 2004. Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine.
Security activities shall be carried out only by personnel who are on the staff of the companies and meet the qualification requirements established by these License Terms. Similar requirements have been established for personnel responsible for the technical protection of facilities and prompt response. Failure by a security company to comply with these requirements for personnel is illegal and entails the deprivation of a license for security activities.
